Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Whitley is pleased to offer a refund or
exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. All merchandise must be
returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original hangtag. The condition of the
returned product is left to the discretion of Whitley. Please note: shipping costs are not
refundable when exchanging or returning an item. Customers are responsible for all
shipping expenses when returning a Whitley product.

How To Return An Item
1. Email info@shop-whitley.com to request a return.
2. Mail your return to the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or
exchange.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
